Act now!

Remember, if your building does not have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) by December 2022, you will operate unlawfully.  But there are additional drawbacks by delaying your EPC assessment.  The benchmark for your building to be compliant (D-rating), will be more strict in future. You may end up with a significantly worse rating than what you can achieve now.

That is why we believe that you should not wait.  We are happy to help with any of your queries.

Experience to date

By the end of 2023, SAEPC has been involved with more than 100 EPC certificates. This includes 50 EPCs and 51 site inspections for SANAS accredited EPC providers.
