SAepc’s approach WITH BUILDING EPCs:

Technical assessmentS:

a. Invoices representing consumption of all energy sources of the building e.g. electricity, electricity generated onsite, natural gas, diesel, LPG, etc.;

b. Building plans showing relevant floor areas;

c. Occupation certificate; and

d. Description of occupants and activities linked to specific areas within the building.

site visit & inspection:

a. Validation of building plans and energy data;

b. energy audit of energy systems; and

c. considering possible energy savings solutions.
